Madelon Capozziello – Executive Coach, Consultant, Facilitator Madelon is a registered nurse with many years of healthcare delivery and management experience. Madelon holds Masters of Science degrees in Organization Development and Executive Coaching and Leadership. Madelon has over 26 years of experience in healthcare, medical sales, leadership, facilitation, coaching, negotiation, change management and organizational effectiveness. She is a skilled facilitator with an ability to create an environment that allows participants to build trust, engage in open dialogue, explore possibilities, and positively impact performance. Her belief that everyone working in the healthcare industry entered wanting to make a difference in others lives. She is very passionate about re-connecting healthcare providers with their calling. She continues to maintain a research interest in the areas of healthcare and women’s leadership, as well as remaining connected to her life-shaping nursing experience and passion for care through volunteer work with Team Heart, assisting to fulfill their long term cardiac surgery mission in Rwanda, Africa.
