Lisa Priebe is the founder and CEO of the Motiv8d Trainer, LLC. Her business exists to bring movement and health solutions to diverse and underserved populations so that they can live with greater joy, connection, and independence.

With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, a master’s degree in Health Education and Promotion, a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and certified personal trainer, she has coached and trained hundreds of private clients and community groups to exceed their personal wellness goals. Her sincere curiosity for people and love of movement provide a deep and broad foundation of fitness methods for every fitness level.

She has extensive experience in Older Adult Fitness to include: Chair Yoga, Fall Prevention, Balance Training, Functional Fitness, Strength Training, Dance, Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, and Mixed Martial Arts. I am familiar with the evidence-based research and recommendations as to the types of activities best suited for Arthritis MS, Parkinsons, Alzheimer’s, Diabetes, and other age or lifestyle related diseases. Medical fitness is my passion and ever-expanding to address the most pressing considerations of this growing population.

Lisa Priebe combines her experience in community, corporate, clinical, private, and commercial wellness settings with a passion for helping others to make lifestyle change fun and safe. Highly educated and broadly certified by a long list of respected institutions, her toolbox is filled with strategies and approaches to help her clients break through their challenges and transform their lives.

She helps clients achieve their goals using their natural strengths to build confidence and competence. Lisa becomes a valuable ally and constant source of encouragement and accountability for her clients. Her work with older adults and commitment to a “younger next year” philosophy make her an asset in translating evidence-based practices and behavior change theory into approachable bite-size habits.
