Being Grateful – It’s an Every Day Thing – Smilecast 27
Being Grateful
Every night before I go to sleep, I reflect on three things i am grateful for that day and then i pray. It has become a pretty engrained routine and encourage you to try it. Being grateful keeps us humble. And it helps us remember how good we really have it when we think about it. Today be aware of your activities, who you meet, and at the end of the day think about the things and the people you are grateful for today. It will become a habit.

Aging Info Radio – 65 is the new 40 – Smilecast 55
65 is the new 40
This podcast is taken from a radio show I was a guest on in Chicago. It coincided with a TV show that was on at the time called Forever Young, a reality-based show that had older adults rooming with younger adults for many weeks. The lessons they taught each other were invaluable. And you soon come to realize that all generations can learn from each other and have something to offer. And indeed you learn that 65 is the new 40.
