She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Art Institute of Chicago in painting and a Masters of Education from San Diego State University specializing in developmental disabilities. She’s a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). She started her career in San Diego where she developed creative art programs for adults with special needs.
