The Coronavirus has literally made every family member a long-distance caregiver. And, as a colleague pointed out, “the number of unpaid caregivers has gone from 1-in-5 Americans, to anyone who cares for someone at risk for Covid-19.” So, to use the well-worn cliché, we are all in this together. So how will caregiving change in an era of social distancing and what will happen when the pandemic slows?
